Cancellation Policy
At Cleanpressive, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below:

Notice Requirement
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of cleaning appointments. -
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. -
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is canceled on the same day, the full service fee will be charged. -
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your cleaning at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. -
Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you on a fair solution. -
How to Cancel or Reschedule
You can cancel or reschedule by phone, WhatsApp, or email during business hours. Please include your name, service date, and address for quick processing.
