Standard Cleaning/ Whole area Vacuum carpets and rugs Dust furniture and surfaces Clean light switches and door knobs Vacuum upholstery where needed Remove cobwebs Sweep and Mop floors Clean mirrors Empty trash and recycling Dust tops of doors, picture rail molding and tops of baseboards Wash linens and towels (coordinated with owners needs) Make bed with fresh linens, if need it Clean toilets Clean bathtubs/shower Wash, dry and put away the dishes Wipe countertops Clean fridge and stove Clean the grills upon request at an extra charge. Deep Cleaning / Whole area Remove stains on carpets when removable Clean all surfaces including countertop, tables, cabinets, sink, toilet, faucets, etc. Clean all appliances (toaster, microwave, range, and coffee maker). Clean the refrigerator inside. Clean light switches and door knobs Vacuum upholstery where needed Remove cobwebs Sweep and Mop floors Clean and polish mirrors, windows and windowsills Empty trash and recycling and sanitize. Dust tops of doors, picture rail molding and tops of baseboards Wash linens and towels Make bed with fresh linens Clean toilets Clean bathtubs/showers Wash, dry and put away the dishes Clean fridge and stove Remove lint from the dryer Wipe down and clean patio furniture, including chairs, table and grill.(*Clean the Grill has extra charge) Sweep entrances and deck
