These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking a cleaning service with Cleanpressive, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Cleanpressive provides professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your specific location and requirements.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
Clients may book services by phone, email, or through our website.
Please provide accurate information regarding property access, size, and any special instructions.

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or text.

Cleanpressive reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service in case of emergencies, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cleanpressive accepts major credit cards, cash, or digital payment methods.
Late payments may incur additional fees. Cleanpressive reserves the right to withhold or cancel future services for unpaid invoices.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will arrange to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Property Access and Safety
Clients must provide safe access to the property.
Cleanpressive is not responsible for any damages or delays resulting from restricted or unsafe access.
Please secure valuables and inform us of any areas that should not be cleaned.
8. Liability and Damages
While we take great care in every service, accidents can happen.

Cleanpressive carries general liability insurance for your protection.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly before cleaning.

Any claim of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and property information and ensuring that utilities (water, electricity, etc.) are available during service.
Cleanpressive reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Cleanpressive website are the property of Cleanpressive and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.
11. Modifications
Cleanpressive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Okaloosa County, Florida.
